A general torque reference for the standard fasteners used when installing Meisterschaft control arms. The values are taken from BelMetric’s published tightening-torque chart (BelMetric is our main fastener source). Read the two warnings first, then use the torque table below.
Torque values (zinc-plated and Geomet hardware)
One table covers the finishes you will actually have. Zinc-plated (clear or yellow zinc, on most BelMetric and OEM hardware) and Geomet zinc-flake (MME’s supplied 10.9 hardware) are friction-controlled to about the same value, so their torque figures are the same. Read the 10.9 column for MME-supplied bolts.
All figures are N·m, with lb-ft in parentheses.

From BelMetric’s chart, by nominal diameter, coarse thread. Geomet zinc-flake matches this (ISO 10683, μ ≈ 0.15); if a coating is a lubricated low-friction class it can run a little lower, so follow any value MME calls out for that part. For bare, unplated or black-oxide steel (uncommon: if your bolt is shiny or coloured, it is plated) add roughly 5 to 10%. For lubricated or anti-seized threads, reduce roughly 15 to 25%.
Jam nuts
The jam nuts are not torqued to a value. Tighten them firmly against the control arm rod to lock your length setting and leave it there. The flats take a 22 mm wrench.
