WHY THE PROactive EXISTS

The PROactive is JRZ’s flagship technology. Instead of fixed damping settings chosen before you drive, the PROactive adjusts damping force continuously — thousands of times per second — in response to real-time road and driving inputs. The result is a car that can be genuinely comfortable on the street and razor-sharp on track without touching a single knob.

Not sure which series?
The PROactive uses electronically controlled damping to deliver a wider adjustment range than any mechanical damper. For hands-on mechanical tuning, the RS PRO3 (triple-adjustable) or 12 Series (motorsport triple-adjustable) are excellent alternatives.

HAND BUILT IN THE NETHERLANDS

Every PROactive damper is assembled and calibrated by hand at JRZ’s facility in the Netherlands. The electronic valving and control unit are factory-programmed specifically for the G8X M3’s weight distribution, geometry, and suspension kinematics. Each unit is serialised and tested before shipping. Meisterschaft Motorsport handles all ordering, calibration consultation, and ongoing service for Australian customers.

This kit fits the BMW M3 G8X (2023+). Spring packages are available in Street, Street/Track Hybrid, Track, or fully custom rates to suit your driving balance. The electronic control unit and wiring harness are included and designed for clean, non-invasive installation.

How does semi-active damping work?
The PROactive uses electronically controlled valves inside each damper that adjust damping force continuously — thousands of times per second. Sensors and the control unit read road inputs and driving behaviour in real time, and the system responds by increasing or decreasing damping force to match what the car needs at that exact moment.
What driving modes are available?
The PROactive controller offers multiple selectable profiles ranging from street comfort to full track. The exact number and calibration of modes are configured during setup and can be tailored to your preferences. Switching between modes is instant and can be done on the move.
Is the PROactive reliable for daily driving?
Yes. JRZ designs the PROactive for reliability in all conditions. The electronic components are sealed and designed to handle road spray, temperature extremes, and sustained track use. Many owners daily-drive PROactive-equipped cars year-round.
Can I service the PROactive in Australia?
Yes. Meisterschaft Motorsport is equipped to service and recalibrate JRZ PROactive dampers in-house. Mechanical rebuilds, electronic diagnostics, and calibration updates are all handled locally without shipping dampers overseas.
How does the PROactive compare to the RS PRO3?
The RS PRO3 gives you full manual control with three separate adjustment knobs — ideal if you enjoy hands-on tuning. The PROactive removes that manual process and instead adjusts damping electronically and continuously. The PROactive offers a wider total damping range and adapts in real time, while the RS PRO3 gives you fixed but precisely chosen settings.
