Overview
Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering LLC designs and manufactures its own suspension components and is the official U.S. importer and distributor of JRZ Suspension products. Because most of our products are precision-engineered and built to order, shipping timelines vary depending on product availability and order type.
Processing Times
In-stock items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Meisterschaft control arms: Availability varies by configuration and finish. Most kits ship within about a week; configurations built to order ship within 30 days at most. If your build will exceed the stated window, we will contact you with a revised date and the choice of accepting it or receiving a prompt, full refund. See our Refund Policy for cancellation rights.
JRZ built-to-order items: Most JRZ damper kits are built to order at the JRZ factory in the Netherlands. Lead times for built-to-order products typically range from 3–6 weeks depending on the specific application and current production schedule. We will provide an estimated lead time at the time of order confirmation. Built-to-order and custom orders may be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order — see our Refund Policy.
Custom or special-order items: Products requiring custom specifications may have extended lead times. These will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship within the United States using major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements. All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For large or heavy items such as complete damper kits, shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates
Domestic (United States): Once shipped, standard delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier used.
International: We currently ship primarily within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at [email protected] to discuss shipping options and costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website or by contacting us directly.
Shipping Damage
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
