Engineering Experience
Founder Sven Husbands is a mechanical engineer with experience across professional motorsport, OEM vehicle development, and advanced engineering systems.
His career includes engineering roles within professional racing series such as IMSA SportsCar Championship and SRO Motorsports Group, working with both GT-class race cars and prototype platforms. Through these programs he has supported race teams in areas including vehicle setup, suspension tuning, data analysis, and trackside engineering.
This work has contributed to victories in some of endurance racing’s most demanding events, including the Rolex 24 at Daytona and the 12 Hours of Sebring, as well as an IMSA championship-winning season.
In addition to motorsport, Sven has experience in OEM vehicle dynamics development and advanced engineering systems, bringing a rigorous engineering methodology to every project.
This combination of OEM engineering discipline and real-world motorsport experience allows Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering to approach every project with both precision and practicality.
