JRZ introduces the next generation in active damping with the patent pending MFC-valve in combination with a state-of-the-art Valve Control Unit.
The three-stage technology can operate as independent units or in unison, connected to the car’s CAN Bus or function as a complete stand-alone system. This system is the only one swift enough to automatically dampen both driver-induced and road-induced disturbances. It comprises the VCU (valve control unit), the MFC-valve, and the algorithm with associated sensors.
VCU — Valve Control Unit
The JRZ VCU is a 1000Hz control unit developed to work with the MFC-valve taking advantage of advanced functionalities such as speed and accuracy.
VCU’s come with:
- Three axis acceleration sensors
- Three axis gyro sensors
- Microsoft programming software platform
- Controllable via Android or iPhone app or in-cabin screen/selection knob
- Full functionality of OE buttons when connected via CAN Bus (in development)
- The VCU can also function as a stand-alone suspension tuning box, offering advanced tuning capabilities to greatly improve OE dampers performance
MFC-Valve
The patent pending Multi-Function Control valve has been engineered and constructed to eliminate the performance issues that the current valves in the market are affected by.
This is the only valve fast enough to change and control damping characteristics for both road and driver induced disturbances.
