By accessing or using the Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering LLC website at meisterschaftmotorsport.com (“the Site”) and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase products.

3. Products & Pricing
All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after an order has been placed, we will contact you before processing the order.
Many of our products are built to order. Lead times, specifications, and pricing for built-to-order items will be confirmed at the time of order. See our Shipping Policy for stated shipping windows and your rights if a window cannot be met.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorized.
Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms, estimated delivery timelines, and related policies are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Product Warranties
MME-manufactured products (Meisterschaft control arms and suspension components) are covered by the MME Limited Product Warranty, available at meisterschaftmotorsport.com/warranty/ and provided with the product. Please read it before purchase.
JRZ Suspension products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty provided by JRZ Suspension Engineering; terms vary by product. For warranty claims on either, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue, and we will handle or coordinate the claim.
8. Intended Use & Limitation of Liability
Intended use. Meisterschaft-manufactured control arms and suspension components are designed, manufactured, and sold exclusively for off-road, competition, and closed-course use, as stated on each product page and in the MME Limited Product Warranty. JRZ Suspension products are intended for the applications stated in their product descriptions. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to confirm any product is appropriate and legal for the intended use. Any use of a competition-only product on public roads is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk, and Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering LLC accepts no liability for it.
Vehicle Setup Advice and Coaching. Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering LLC may provide vehicle setup recommendations, suspension tuning guidance, coaching, or other technical advice as a courtesy to our customers. All such advice is provided on an informational basis only. Vehicle setup and tuning involves many variables specific to each vehicle, driver, and operating environment. Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering LLC shall not be held liable for any outcomes, damages, incidents, or performance issues resulting from the application of any setup advice, coaching, or recommendations provided by our team, whether given verbally, in writing, or through any other medium.
General Limitation. Installation, setup, and use of all products is the sole responsibility of the buyer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, the application of any advice or guidance provided, or the use of our website. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without written permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and model designations are used for fitment identification only and do not imply endorsement.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
12. Severability; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering LLC regarding use of the Site and purchases made through it.
