Priority and Rush apply when the parts are in stock. If a damper needs a new body or shaft, those parts are made to order and we cannot guarantee the Priority or Rush time. We call you with the revised timing before any work starts.

Shipping your dampers to us

Label each damper before you shipFront left, front right, rear left, rear right. A strip of tape and a marker is fine, so every damper goes back on the right corner.

Remove springs and top mounts, and send the dampers cleanSprings and top mounts: take the springs and top mounts (top hats) off before you ship. If they arrive fitted, disassembly is billed at $150 per hour.Cleaning: if the dampers arrive excessively dirty, cleaning is billed at $150 per hour, depending on how much cleaning they need.Remote reservoirs: keep them attached and ship them with the dampers. A damper cannot be serviced without its reservoir, so work on it waits until the reservoir arrives.These two charges apply without a separate approval.
