Before these arms were offered for sale, they were driven. Our adjustable control-arm and suspension components were validated through a two-year, roughly 40,000-mile durability program on the development vehicle, intentionally run without rod-end boots, covers, or seals so the spherical bearings were fully exposed to the elements.

That program spanned year-round South Florida conditions and repeated track use, including events at Sebring International Raceway on Pirelli racing slicks, the Homestead-Miami infield course, and The FIRM in Gainesville. The hardware came through that program intact.

We stand behind these parts because we have run them harder than most customers ever will. This warranty reflects that confidence, and the engineering reality that a suspension component only performs as designed when it is installed and maintained correctly.

1. What is covered

This Limited Warranty is provided by Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering LLC (“MME,” “we,” or “us”) to the original retail purchaser, and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

“Limited lifetime” means for as long as the original purchaser owns the original vehicle on which the parts were first installed. This warranty is non-transferable.

2. Conditions of coverage — proper installation is required

This warranty is valid only if the product was installed correctly. Because these are safety-critical suspension components, coverage is conditioned on all of the following. Failure to meet any of them voids this warranty as to the affected part.

• Installation by a qualified person. Installed by a professional technician, or by an individual with the proper tools and competence, strictly following MME’s published installation instructions.
• Minimum thread engagement. All rod ends and threaded adjusters engaged to at least the minimum thread depth specified in the instructions. Under-engaged or over-extended rod ends are not covered.
• Adjustment within limits. Components set within the published minimum and maximum length and adjustment ranges. Operating beyond these limits is not covered.
• Jam nuts torqued and secured. All jam nuts and lock hardware tightened to the specified torque after final adjustment.
• Mounting hardware torqued to spec. All mounting fasteners installed and torqued to the values in the instructions, or to the vehicle manufacturer’s specification where applicable.
• Alignment and inspection. An alignment by a qualified shop performed after installation and after any subsequent adjustment, including an inspection of the completed installation.
• Proof of purchase retained. A dated receipt or order number from MME or an authorized dealer is required for any claim.

3. Maintenance and inspection — the owner’s responsibility

Spherical bearings are serviceable wear items, especially in track and competition use. To keep coverage in force, the owner is responsible for periodic inspection of all rod ends, bearings, and fasteners for free play, looseness, or damage — at minimum before each track event and at every alignment or tire change — and for replacing worn components as needed. Continued operation of a worn or damaged component is the owner’s responsibility and is not covered.

4. What is not covered

This warranty does not cover, and MME is not responsible for:

• Improper installation, or failure to follow the published instructions, torque specifications, thread-engagement minimums, or adjustment limits.
• Normal wear of spherical bearings, rod ends, jam nuts, finishes, or other consumable or serviceable items, including bearing free play, noise, or looseness developed over time, which is accelerated by track and competition use.
• Impact, collision, curb strikes, off-track excursions, road debris, or any damage from an event other than a manufacturing defect.
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, improper storage, or continued use after a defect or wear condition becomes apparent.
• Modification, alteration, machining, re-plating, welding, or repair of the product by anyone other than MME.
• Incorrect application or fitment, meaning installation on a vehicle or in a position the part was not sold for.
• Cosmetic and finish wear, surface oxidation, discoloration, or anodizing or plating wear that does not affect structural function.
• Corrosion or seizure of fasteners resulting from failure to use anti-seize where specified, or to maintain the components.
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind, including damage to the vehicle, other components, or tires, and downtime, towing, labor, alignment costs, lost time, or lost event entry. See Section 7.

5. Intended use, competition, and assumption of risk

These products are high-performance motorsport components designed, manufactured, and sold exclusively for closed-course competition and off-highway use. They are not designed or intended for use on public roads or highways, and MME makes no representation that any product is street legal. Any use on a public road is outside the intended use of the product, is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk, and voids this warranty as to the affected parts. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm the product is appropriate and legal for their intended use.

Motorsport is inherently dangerous. The purchaser and installer assume all risk associated with the selection, installation, adjustment, and use of these products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising in the intended closed-course and off-highway use. It does not insure against the wear, fatigue, or damage that competition use can cause. MME is not liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or vehicle damage arising from the use or failure of these products.

6. Crash-replacement discount (courtesy program)

Damage from impact, collision, curb strikes, or off-track excursions is never a warranty matter (Section 4). MME nevertheless supports drivers who use these parts as intended: if your components are damaged in an on-track incident, the original purchaser may request replacement of the damaged components at a 15% discount off the then-current published regular price of the replacement components (the regular price in effect on the date of the request, not any temporary sale price).

• Available to the original purchaser only, with proof of purchase and clear photos of the damaged components as installed.
• Offered at MME’s discretion as a courtesy program; it is not a warranty remedy, not an admission of defect, and does not extend or revive any coverage period.
• The program may be modified or withdrawn at any time; the terms in effect on the date of the request apply.
• Damaged structural components should be retired. Do not continue to operate the vehicle on components that have taken a significant impact.

7. Remedy and limitation of liability

If a covered defect is confirmed, MME’s sole obligation, and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy, is — at MME’s option — to repair or replace the defective component, or to issue a credit or refund not to exceed the original purchase price of that component. MME does not reimburse installation, removal, labor, alignment, shipping (except as stated in Section 8), or any other cost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MME’s total liability under this warranty will not exceed the purchase price of the product, and MME disclaims all liability for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

8. How to make a warranty claim

1. Contact MME at [email protected] or (954) 408-2280 with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the part as installed and of the concern.
2. Do not continue to operate the vehicle if a structural concern is suspected.
3. If requested, return the component, shipping prepaid by the purchaser, for inspection. MME will evaluate the part to determine whether the issue is a covered manufacturing defect.
4. If the claim is approved, MME will repair, replace, or credit the component per Section 7 and cover return shipping of the remedied part. If the inspection shows the failure was due to wear, installation, impact, or any excluded cause, the part will be returned and the claim declined.

9. Disclaimer of other warranties

Any implied warranties arising under applicable law, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty: two (2) years from the date of purchase for spherical bearings, rod ends, and other serviceable wear items, and, for structural components, the period of original ownership described in Section 1. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. No dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to modify this warranty or make any additional warranty on MME’s behalf.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.
