Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering — effective policy for all orders

Overview

All returns and refunds must satisfy both the original manufacturer’s return/refund policy and Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering’s policies as outlined below. Both sets of conditions must be met for a return to be accepted.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Returned within 10 days of the date received
Returns requested after 10 days of receipt cannot be accepted and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

How to initiate a return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] before shipping anything back.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos where applicable.
  3. Wait for written authorization and return instructions — do not ship without approval.
  4. Package items securely in original product packaging and ship using a trackable carrier.
For items valued over $100, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Return shipping costs

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we shipped an incorrect item, we will arrange return shipping at our expense.

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note:

  • A restocking fee may apply depending on the item and condition
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Payment platform fees (PayPal, credit card processing fees, etc.) are non-refundable

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at [email protected].

Exchange timelines vary depending on item availability and your location. We will communicate estimated lead time at the time of approval.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after 10 days from receipt
  • Items not in original, unused condition
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Special order or custom items (unless defective)
  • Items that do not meet the manufacturer’s own return conditions
