These terms apply to reservation deposits placed with Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering LLC.
1. A reservation is not a sale. A reservation deposit is credit toward a possible future purchase. It is not a purchase of a finished product, no specific unit is allocated to you, no production run is promised, and no shipping date is offered or implied. You are not committed to buy anything, and Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering is not committed to produce anything, unless and until you confirm an order under Section 4.
2. Full refundability. Your deposit is refundable in full at any time before you confirm a purchase under Section 4. Request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is not offered. Refunds are normally issued within 10 business days.
3. The decision date. Each reservation page states a decision date and the number of standing reservations at which we will proceed. If we decide not to proceed, or reach no decision by the published decision date, every deposit is refunded in full automatically, without a request. If we offer an extension to a new published date, you may accept or decline it. If you decline, your deposit is refunded.
4. If the product is produced. We contact you with the final specification, price, and estimated delivery window. Your deposit is credited against the purchase price. You may confirm the order or take a full refund. Nothing further is charged without your confirmation. Once you confirm, the order is governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, including your right to a refund if we cannot meet a stated shipping window.
5. Partial production. Where a reservation covers more than one vehicle platform or variant, we may proceed with some and not others. Deposits for anything not produced are refunded in full. If the final specification differs materially from what was described when you reserved, you may take a full refund.
6. Specifications and price are not final. Design details, materials, weight, finish options, fitment, and price are subject to change until production is confirmed. If the final price is higher than the expected price shown when you reserved, you may take a full refund. Nothing on a reservation page is a warranty or a performance representation.
7. Reservation limits. The number of reservations may be capped, and reservations are limited to one per customer unless the page says otherwise. Deposits do not transfer between products or people without our written agreement.
8. Intended use and warranty. Meisterschaft-manufactured suspension components are designed, manufactured, and sold exclusively for off-road, competition, and closed-course use, and Meisterschaft Motorsport Engineering makes no representation that any product is street legal. Products ship covered by the Limited Product Warranty in effect on the date of sale.
9. Governing law. Florida law governs these terms. Venue for any dispute is Palm Beach County, Florida.
