JRZ RS PRO3 Coilovers for the BMW M3 E9x (2005–2013) deliver triple-adjustable damping engineered by JRZ Suspension Engineering in the Netherlands. The RS PRO3 separates compression into high-speed and low-speed circuits alongside independent rebound — race-specification control for the legendary S65 V8 M3. The BMW M3 E9x is a proven competition platform with decades of racing heritage. The RS PRO3 gives drivers independent control over high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and rebound — the same architecture used in professional motorsport — allowing you to tune kerb response, body control, and weight transfer as three separate variables.

HAND BUILT IN THE NETHERLANDS

Every RS PRO3 damper is assembled by hand at JRZ’s facility in Eindhoven. Each unit is individually dyno-tested and serialised before leaving the factory, ensuring matched performance across all four corners from day one.

What is the difference between high-speed and low-speed compression?
High-speed compression controls damper response to fast inputs like kerbs, bumps, and sharp impacts. Low-speed compression controls response to slow inputs like body roll, brake dive, and weight transfer. Separating them lets you absorb track surface imperfections without softening body control.
How does the RS PRO3 differ from the 12 Series?
Both are triple-adjustable with the same damping circuits. The RS PRO3 uses race-specification internals with higher flow capacity, tighter machining tolerances, and valving developed at competition pace. The 12 Series offers the same adjustability with a broader comfort range for mixed use.
Does it fit all E9x M3 body styles?
Yes. This kit fits the E90 sedan, E92 coupe, and E93 convertible M3. The valving accounts for weight differences between body styles when specified at order.
What spring rates are available?
We offer street/track hybrid, dedicated track, and fully custom spring rates. Each option is calibrated for the E9x platform. We can advise on the best rates for your specific competition class.
