The JRZ 12 Series Coilovers Chevrolet Z06 C8 deliver double-adjustable monotube damping with an integrated piggyback reservoir — the same piston technology as the remote-reservoir 11 Series in a more compact package. Built on JRZ monotube technology, the 12 Series is engineered for the Z06 mid-engine platform with full compression and rebound control. The 12 Series shares the JRZ 8060 motorsport piston and blow-off valve with the 11 Series, but mounts its reservoir directly to the damper body in a piggyback configuration. For the C8 Z06 mid-engine layout where space is at a premium and routing reservoir hoses can be complex, the 12 Series offers the same damping performance in a cleaner installation. The piggyback design still provides additional oil volume for heat management during sustained track sessions.
Every JRZ 12 Series kit is assembled by hand at JRZ Suspension Engineering in Eindhoven. Pistons are lapped, shims are stacked to Meisterschaft specifications for the Z06 C8 weight and suspension geometry, and the piggyback reservoir is integrated during assembly. Each damper is dyno-verified before it leaves the factory.
This kit is engineered as a direct fit for the 2020-2027 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 C8. Valving is optimised for the Z06 weight distribution and mid-engine suspension geometry. Each kit ships with all necessary hardware for a bolt-on installation. Spring packages are available in Street, Street/Track Hybrid, Track, and Custom rate configurations.
