The JRZ PROactive DPi Coilovers Chevrolet Z06 C8 combine position-sensitive damping with electronic control — the most advanced damper platform JRZ builds. Designed around JRZ PROactive technology, the DPi uses a control unit to recalibrate damping forces in real time based on shaft position and velocity. The C8 Z06 already pushes the boundaries of what a road-legal car can do on track. The PROactive DPi pushes the damper side even further — instead of fixed valving that compromises between comfort and performance, the DPi continuously adapts. Position-sensitive internals change damping characteristics based on where the shaft sits in its travel, and the electronic control unit recalibrates the response in real time. The result is a damper that can be soft over small imperfections and firm under hard braking and cornering — simultaneously.
Every PROactive DPi kit is assembled by hand at JRZ Suspension Engineering in Eindhoven. The position-sensitive internals and electronic control integration require precision that goes beyond standard damper assembly. Each unit is calibrated on the dyno with the electronic control unit connected, verifying both mechanical and electronic response before shipping.
This kit is engineered as a direct fit for the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 C8 (2020+). The control unit mounts cleanly within the cabin or trunk area, and all wiring harnesses are vehicle-specific. Valving is optimised for the Z06 weight distribution and mid-engine suspension geometry. Spring packages are available in Street, Street/Track Hybrid, Track, and Custom rate configurations.
