The JRZ 11 Series Coilovers for the BMW M3 E36 deliver double-adjustable damping with JRZ’s signature mono-tube construction. Designed by JRZ Suspension Engineering in the Netherlands, the 11 Series gives E36 M3 owners a direct path from OEM dampers to properly tuneable coilovers — without the complexity of multi-way adjustment. HAND BUILT IN THE NETHERLANDS

Every JRZ 11 Series set is assembled by hand at JRZ’s facility in the Netherlands. Each damper is individually dyno-tested and serialised before shipping. This isn’t mass production — it’s precision manufacturing with full traceability from raw materials to finished product.

What does double-adjustable damping mean?
You have one external adjustment knob per damper that controls rebound — the speed at which the suspension extends after being compressed. This lets you fine-tune weight transfer and body control without the complexity of separate compression adjustments.
Can I upgrade to a 12 Series later?
JRZ dampers are fully rebuildable and can be revalved, but upgrading from an 11 Series to a 12 Series requires different internal components. We recommend choosing the series that matches your intended use from the start. Contact us if you’re unsure which suits your driving style.
What spring rates should I choose?
Spring rates depend on your intended use. Street packages prioritise ride comfort with controlled body movement. Track packages use stiffer rates for maximum mechanical grip. We help you choose the right setup during the ordering process based on your driving goals.
How long does installation take?
A qualified shop can install JRZ coilovers on an E36 M3 in 3–5 hours. The kit is fully bolt-on with no cutting or fabrication. We recommend a four-wheel alignment immediately after installation.
Are these compatible with all E36 M3 body styles?
Yes. The JRZ 11 Series fits all E36 M3 variants — coupe, sedan, and convertible — from 1991 to 1999. The hardware is the same across body styles; only spring rates may vary depending on the weight difference between variants.
