The RS ONE uses the same internals and manufacturing processes as JRZ’s competition range but gives you a single rebound knob — set it and drive. It’s the fastest path to professional-quality damping on an E46 M3.

The RS ONE is JRZ’s entry-level damper — single-adjustable rebound with a monotube, remote-reservoir design. Every JRZ RS ONE set is assembled by hand at JRZ’s facility in the Netherlands. Each damper is individually dyno-tested and serialised before shipping. These are the same race-grade components and processes used across JRZ’s professional motorsport range.

What’s the difference between the RS ONE and the 11 Series?

Both are double-adjustable damping with mono-tube remote reservoir design. The key difference is internal specification — the RS ONE uses race-grade shim stacks, pistons, and oil that are designed for higher sustained loads and more aggressive driving. The 11 Series is optimised for street comfort with occasional track use; the RS ONE is optimised for track performance that also works on the street.

Why choose single-adjustable over double or triple?

Simplicity and consistency. With one adjustment per corner, setup takes minutes and there’s less opportunity for error. Many experienced racers prefer a well-valved single-adjustable damper over a poorly set up multi-adjustable one. The RS ONE’s race-spec valving means JRZ has already optimised the compression characteristics — you just fine-tune rebound for conditions.

Can I use this for endurance racing?

Yes. The RS ONE’s mono-tube remote reservoir design provides excellent heat dissipation for sustained high-load use. The race-spec internals are built to maintain consistent performance over long stints. For endurance series with complex setup requirements, the RS PRO or RS PRO3 offer more tuning variables.

What spring rates should I choose?

Spring rates depend on your intended use. Street/track hybrid packages balance daily comfort with good track performance. Dedicated track packages use stiffer rates for maximum mechanical grip. We help you choose the right setup during the ordering process based on your driving goals.

How often should these be serviced?

For track-focused use, we recommend service every 18–24 months or after each race season. For street/track hybrid use, every 2–3 years is typical. Meisterschaft Motorsport handles all rebuilds and revalving in-house with full dyno verification.
